Contact Xental

Email nick@xental.ai for help with Xental Scan. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the issue.

Please do not include patient names, chart numbers, face photographs, scans, raw capture files or other identifying health information. Describe the problem using a demonstration record where possible.

Capture requirements

Use an iPhone with TrueDepth / Face ID running iOS 18 or later. Allow camera access in iPhone Settings. Place the phone securely at face height, use even lighting, move hair away from the face and follow the turn guidance slowly. Review incomplete captures and original photos before using a record.

Subscriptions

Use Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings or paywall if Pro is not available after purchase. Make sure you are using the Apple Account that purchased it. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests.

Records and deletion

Xental cannot retrieve scans from your phone. Export records you need to retain before deleting them or removing the app. Optional raw scan diagnostics are removed separately under Settings → Development → Delete saved raw data. See the privacy policy.

Availability

Xental Scan is being prepared for its first TestFlight release. There is no public App Store download or TestFlight invitation link yet. Contact Xental for availability information.
